Everything was ideal for a visit to Belfast. We got the bus all over and was really reasonable. We spent an afternoon just lounging by the pool side which felt like a pamper session and would have loved to make full use of facilities but we had 3 children with us! The staff were exceptional, they were all so friendly and helpful at all times of the day and on the phone from our room as we asked many questions about transport and getting to our planned trips. They even organised us a breakfast pack each for our trip as we had to leave so early and this breakfast bag had enough for lunch too! We really loved the quiet location away from the city but 35 mins by bus to the city and about 10/15 mins by the number 300a bus, which just drops you off at the end of the road. We had takeaways at night delivered to the hotel reception area, which was perfect for our loud, crazy children instead of worrying about being too silly in the restaurant area. This literally was a great choice for exploring the beautiful city. Thanks so much

Came here for my son's 14th birthday. Reception extremely helpful on arrival in fact probably the best customer service we have ever had in a hotel. Everything was explained clearly. Got to room and chocolates and a card had been left for my son who was absolutely delighted. Had no robes in room for pool however a quick call to reception and we received them in less than 5 mins. Pool facilities are brilliant wasn't expecting the pool to be so warm. Everything clean. Had a meal in the Dormy was very impressed with menu choice and prices. Food beautiful and quick to arrive. To be honest I couldn't fault anything. Breakfast was outstanding plenty of fresh produce hot food delicious coffee facilities excellent. Can't wait to come back.

The hotel has been recently refurbished to a high standard and tastefully done, offering a very comfortable stay. Its location is excellent if you have a car. The rooms have been upgraded beautifully, providing a cosy and modern feel. Breakfast includes everything you would expect from a standard hotel breakfast, and dinner at the Dormy Bar & Grill is quite acceptable.

The hotel is in a lovely estate with golf course. The room was clean and easily accessible. The staff upon check-in was superb. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The pool was lovely and big for many to enjoy. The steam room was excellent. All areas we found were clean and looked after. We brought our 5 year old son and he truly enjoyed this experience.
